How to schedule
All massage sessions are scheduled online through our site. We suggest that you enable text reminders, as we do not make reminder phone calls in regards to an upcoming appointment. Payment is required when you reserve your session. If you are a monthly plan member or have purchased a series, no further payment will be required to schedule your session.
The new client special and single sessions both expire after 30 days from purchase date. Remember to schedule your session. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. We will not issue a refund due to non-use, a missed appointment due to a no-show or same day cancellations. Please note that a no-show or a same day cancellation will result in your session being applied to your missed appointment. We understand that unplanned events occur and same day cancellations are often unavoidable; please contact us when you are unable to make your appointment. Unless due to a no-show or a same day cancellation, the monthly and series sessions never expire and unused sessions rollover into the next month.
Please arrive 5 minutes early
This allows time to ask questions and discuss areas of concern for your massage session. Giving yourself extra time allows your body and mind to start the transition from active and busy to a relaxing and receiving mode. It ensures that you will receive your full time. If this is your first session, we have a brief intake form to be completed upon your arrival. We understand that issues occur. If you are running behind please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your session.
A few items to remember
Remember to turn your phones to silent mode. Professional draping is maintained at all times. Please discuss any clothing concerns with your therapist. We ask that you refrain from bringing your children into the studio. If your childcare plans suddenly change, we ask that you give us a call and we will reschedule your session to a later date. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a massage session. We do not accept anyone else in the treatment room other than the person scheduled during your appointment. If you are sick or just getting over something, please be cautious, stay home and take care of yourself. We ask that you come into our studio after you have made a full recovery. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a future date. If your massage therapist is sick, you will be contacted and the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.
