Our Policies

How to schedule

All sessions are scheduled through our site. We suggest you enable email or text notifications, as we do not make reminder phone calls in regards to an upcoming appointment. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after scheduling. Email and text reminders are sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Payment authorization is required when you reserve your session. All sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable. Special promotional offers may not be combined.  The new client discount is not valid with additional offers.

Monthly plan membership

The terms and conditions of the monthly membership plan.

 

Monthly Membership Plan. You agree to enroll in a monthly automatic payment beginning on the date of purchase. By being a member of the plan, client shall be eligible to receive one massage per month. Unless due to a no-show or a same day cancellation, the monthly plan sessions do not expire and unused sessions roll over into the next month. Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Plan Term. The monthly membership plan is a month-to-month agreement.

Termination by Client. Plan member may terminate this agreement at any time by providing a written notice e-mailed to: admin@themassagestudio.biz Notice must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date of your next automatic payment date. Unused massages may be elected to remain on plan member’s account or can be exchanged in the form of gift cards.

Termination by The Massage Studio. The Massage Studio may terminate this plan upon providing client written notice. Upon termination, The Massage Studio shall cooperate in the redemption of client’s unused massage sessions or can be exchanged in the form of gift cards.
 

Cancellations and no-shows

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations and schedule changes. Please note that a no-show or a same day cancellation will result in your being charged 100% of the full appointment value.

Same day bookings

Cancellations and modifications for an appointment that is booked less than 24 hours in advance or on the same day of service must be received no later than 15 minutes after booking.

Privacy

Your personally identifiable information (PII) will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Please arrive 5 minutes early

This allows time to ask questions and discuss areas of concern for your massage session. Giving yourself extra time allows your body and mind to start the transition from active and busy to a relaxing and receiving mode. It ensures that you will receive your full time. If this is your first session, we have a brief intake form to be completed upon your arrival. We understand that issues occur. If you are running behind please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your session.

A few items to remember

Remember to turn your phones to silent mode. Professional draping is maintained at all times. Please discuss any clothing concerns with your therapist. We ask that you refrain from bringing your children into the studio. We do not accept anyone else in the treatment room other than the person scheduled during your appointment. If you are sick or just getting over something, please be cautious, stay home and take care of yourself. We ask that you come into our studio after you have made a full recovery. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a future date. If your massage therapist is sick, you will be contacted and the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date. 

Don't forget to double check

Please remember your personal items before leaving the studio. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
